Please be sure to follow all steps in this process. Consult the email sent to you for your correct username, password and server configurations.
1. Start Outlook and click on "Tools" then "Email Accounts" in the menu.
2. Select "Add a new e-mail account" and click Next
3. Select "POP3" account, then click Next
3. Input all details as shown below, exchanging your email account information, password and domain name. Note that your username is your FULL EMAIL ADDRESS, not just the part that comes before the @ sign.
4. Click on the "More Settings..." button and then click on the "Outgoing Server" tab, and you'll see the screen shown below. Make sure you check "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" and "Log on using", then input your user name and password, also checking the "Remember password" box, then click "Next".:

5. Click the "Finish" button to close the Wizard.
6. Go to your inbox and click the Send / Receive button to check your email.
At this point it would be a good idea to send yourself an email message from the account, addressing it to yourself at the same account, to verify that the email account is sending and receiving properly.
